Ordering and Shipping Policy
Orders: All garments from Current Collections are Made to Order, excluding orders made on Saturday and Sunday, please allow Two (2) weeks from Date of Order for Production and Finishing. (Rush and Special orders are available for an additional fee) All Current Collection garments are made in Limited Quantity, once a size is unavailable any additional orders will be considered a Special Order and will incur any and all associated fees. All Sample Sale and Clearance Garments will ship once payment is confirmed.  Most Sample Sale/ Clearance Items can be remade in a Limited Offering of Colors, Fabrics, and Sizes by Special Order Only. Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, an email with Processing Details and Date of Shipping will be sent.

Shipping: All Orders ship a Standard of 2-5 Business Days from time of finishing. Rush and Overnight Shipping is available for an Additional Fee. Once your order is Ready to Ship, you will receive an email with Detailed Shipping Information Including Tracking and Delivery Address. If Delivery Address is different from Billing, Please Indicate in Notes section of Ordering Page. Once Shipping is confirmed Sha'Vi Lewis is Not Responsible for Loss, Damage or Delay and Client must contact USPS Directly to resolve any issue. If there is a specific place at your Residence that you would like the package placed please include in Notes Section on Shipping Information Page.
